Its principal - Randall Walker - has more than fifteen years practical management experience in the areas of customer service, marketing, sales and growing businesses. His qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (Marketing) and accreditation in Assessment and Workplace Training, debating adjudication and public speaking.
Specialising in marketing, sales and strategy, Randall has serviced clients ranging from small businesses to publicly listed corporations. He has previously carried out the role of National Sales & Marketing Manager for the publicly listed Sundowner Group.
Although Randall has experience with many industries and sectors, he has tended to specialise in the areas of hospitality, tourism, sport & leisure, and ecommerce. He is a guest lecturer at the Blue Mountains International Hotel School where he designed the hospitality and tourism marketing course. Randall serves as Chairman of the Forum Of Regional Tourism Organisations NSW, Chairman of Blue Mountains Tourism Limited, a Director of Tourism Industry Council, also is a Director of several other companies and participates in many industry forums. Randall is often a guest speaker at Tourism Eents such as the Choice Hotels Australasia annual conference. RWC can assist a business to develop a strategic plan for a specific project or to compile an overall business plan (including marketing plan). When RWC is retained to develop a strategic plan, the process is greatly enhanced through the facilitation of an initial Needs Analysis and workshops with the client and their staff. RWC can assist in both the strategic development and implementation phases of a project. New ventures often require capital raisings and the preparation of documents such as a prospectus or offer information statement. Consultants at RWC can guide that process. RWC also conducts staff development and training, specialising in sales and customer service.
