    Capital Raising and Investment Opportunities

    Randall Walker Consulting (RWC) also specialises in new venture start-ups. RWC identifies macro economic trends and/or opportunities in the marketplace. Either, a strategic business plan is prepared aimed at establishing a high yield business, or RWC assists clients with innovative / sound business concepts to establish a sustainable competitive advantage in their sector.

    Current business investment opportunities exist requiring financial partners, who may also have relevant industry knowledge or contacts, to take these concepts through to full commercialisation. Current opportunities are:

    • A hotel management company specialising in strata title management rights. With four properties in Australia already under management, growth opportunities include up to 10 new properties over the next two years. This company partners with a well known international brand. Investment opportunities range from management rights to new property development. The largest single property investment is $100 million.
    • An online art company with direct access to quality contemporary Australian art. A newly commissioned live exchange software system has one million $1 shares on offer (out of two million total) and aims to raise a minimum $500,000 to launch the online business in conjunction with a physical gallery outlet and depot. Minimum investment $20,000 with projected annual returns of 20% + from year two.

    Investment opportunities listed have either, already undertaken research and development and are about to become operational or are already trading. Financial partners are required with capital amounts ranging from $20,000 to $100 million with projected returns ranging from 8% to 50% per annum.
